We process our orders within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday, on weekends or holidays will be processed next business day. We ship via FedEx, USPS, UPS and OnTrac services. Carrier is chosen automatically depending on size of the item and destination, this option cannot be changed. 2 Day Air service is available only for FedEx service. Once order is shipped you will receive notification to your email with tracking number, carrier and estimated delivery date. If you still have questions about tracking or estimate delivery date please contact us, we are here to help you. Please pay attention: estimated delivery time may change because of bad weather, carrier collapses or on Holiday periods. Such situations are unavoidable, please be considerate during such events. We also provide FedEx 2 Day Air service and Next Day service for an additional fee. Please contact us right after your purchase if you need one of these services. Orders are shipped from warehouses in Kentucky and Utah. The location from which your item ships depends on the destination and availability on the warehouse. Standard shipping applies to the continental 48 United States only. Alaska / Hawaii / APO / FPO / Puerto Rico and other US provinces will be calculated and invoiced separately for shipping. Also estimated delivery time may vary for such orders. We do not ship to PO Boxes. All orders should contain the correct and full physical address to make your order processed and shipped in time. We don’t allow local pickup. All orders should be placed online.

You want to pick up items by yourself and don't want to use shipping because you live in the same place as item location. We are sorry we don't offer local pick up. Please order online and our best shipping carrier will deliver your item to you fast and safe!

Returns

We cover 30-days return policy. Please contact us before return, our customer service representatives may help you avoid an unnecessary return. If the item received differs from the declared one, please DO NOT install it. Contact us first with pictures and exact model of your machine, we will check everything and will help you to resolve this quickly. This is also applicable to the wrong items. If you have received wrong item which you didn't order please contact us and we will make things right. We do our best to avoid such situations but unfortunately they can happen. All items must be in their original purchase condition (unused and unaltered) so they may be accepted for return, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all included accessories. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. We reserve the right to apply restocking fees up to 20% or deny return if the item is found to be used and/or mounted.
